Join us for the 2025 VASBO Spring Conference, May 19-21 at the Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront, a Cavalier Resort! This year's conference will feature a great lineup of speakers to address the most pressing issues in school business and provide ideas to assist you daily. Additionally, our VASBO partners will be on-site for informal networking and to discuss the latest in school business products and services.
New this year - we are introducing two educational tracks for your breakout sessions: HR & Payroll and Procurement/Construction! We're excited to offer these new opportunities and believe they will be valuable additions to the program.

REGISTRATION: All conference attendees are required to register through the online registration system. The 2025 VASBO Spring Conference registration fee for individual and division-level members is $300 per person.
The registration deadline is Friday, April 25, 2025.
**Please note that a late fee of $100 will be added to all registrations after April 25, 2025.
HOTEL:
This year's conference will be hosted at the Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront which is part of the Cavalier Resort. All attendees should make hotel reservations directly through the hotel's website, HERE. VASBO has reserved a block of rooms at a discounted rate of $199/night, plus applicable taxes and fees
**Please note that the discounted guestroom cut-off date is April 25, 2025 or when the room block is full. After this, the hotel may not be able to honor the discounted room rate.
Cancellation Policy: Registrations may be cancelled until April 25, 2025. To cancel your registration for this year's conference, please do so online through the link in your confirmation email or email admin@vasbo.org. Any cancellations received after April 25, 2025 will not receive a refund.
When registering please enter your email address associated with your VASBO membership. You should not have to login to register.
VASBO PARTNERS:
We invite VASBO's partners to attend the 2025 VASBO Spring Conference. All partners must register for the conference through our online registration system, HERE. Registered partners will receive a table in our vendor area as well as access to all sessions and meals offered as part of the conference registration. Partner registration information is as follows:
Diamond- 4 Complimentary Registrations
Platinum- 3 Complimentary Registrations
Gold- 1 Complimentary Registration
Silver- 1 Complimentary Registration
**Additional attendee registrations can be purchased for $500/person.
Not a partner yet? Join as a 2024-25 VASBO Partner by emailing admin@vasbo.org. Non-partners can reserve booth space and one complimentary registration for $1,500.
Exhibit space set up: Partners will be able to set up booths on Monday, May 19th beginning at 11am. Please have booths fully set up by 4pm on Monday, May 19th. Exhibit spaces include a six-foot table and two chairs.
Electricity- All exhibitors can reserve electricity for $35. To reserve electricity for your table, please do so through the online registration system.
Shipping- Any exhibitor wishing to ship materials to the hotel ahead of time should contact Josh Baker, at Josh.Baker@cavalierresortvb.com, to coordinate receiving. Fees will apply. The following information will be needed:
30-second video- VASBO's Diamond and Platinum partners may submit a 30-second video to be played during the conference. The video must be downloadable and no longer than 30 seconds. Please email a downloadable version of your video to admin@vasbo.org by April 25, 2025.
