2025 VASBO Fall Conference

Join us for the 2025 VASBO Fall Conference, November 13-14 at the Omni Homestead in Hot Springs! This year's conference will feature a great lineup of speakers to address the most pressing issues in school business and provide ideas to assist you daily. Additionally, our VASBO partners will be on-site for informal networking and to discuss the latest in school business products and services.

REGISTRATION: All conference attendees are required to register through the online registration system. The 2025 VASBO Fall Conference registration fee for individual and division-level members is $300 for members and $400 for non-members.

The registration deadline is Monday, November 3, 2025.

**Please note that a late fee of $100 will be added to all registrations after November 3, 2025.

HOTEL:

This year's conference will be hosted at the Omni Homestead. All attendees should make hotel reservations directly through the hotel's website, HERE. VASBO has reserved a block of rooms at a discounted rate of $209/night, plus applicable taxes and fees. 

**Please note that the discounted guestroom cut-off date is October 14, 2025 or when the room block is full. After this, the hotel may not be able to honor the discounted room rate. 


Cancellation Policy: Registrations may be cancelled until November 3, 2025. To cancel your registration for this year's conference, please do so online through the link in your confirmation email or email admin@vasbo.org. Any cancellations received after November 3, 2025 will not receive a refund. 

When registering please enter your email address associated with your VASBO membership. You should not have to login to register. 

VASBO PARTNERS:

We invite VASBO's partners to attend the 2025 VASBO Fall Conference. All partners must register for the conference through our online registration system. Registered partners will receive a table in our vendor area as well as access to all sessions and meals offered as part of the conference registration. Partner registration information is as follows:

Diamond- 4 Complimentary Registrations

Platinum- 3 Complimentary Registrations

Gold- 1 Complimentary Registration

Silver- 1 Complimentary Registration

**Additional attendee registrations can be purchased for $500/person. 

Exhibit space set up: Partners will be able to set up booths on Thursday, November 13th beginning at 11am. Please have booths fully set up by 4pm on November 13, 2025. Exhibit spaces include a six-foot table and two chairs. 

Electricity- All exhibitors can reserve electricity for $55. To reserve electricity for your table, please do so through the online registration system. 

Shipping- Packages may be delivered to the Hotel within forty-eight (48) hours of Arrival Date. Packages or materials of excessive weight or value must be approved for receipt by Hotel prior to shipping. There will be a $5.00 per box, incoming and $5.00 outgoing handling charge for all boxes processed by Hotel’s Security Department. Each pallet or crate delivered to the Hotel is subject to a $125.00 handling charge. Any boxes received or shipped on Saturday or Sunday will incur an incoming and outgoing, $25.00 per box handling fee. Should special arrangements for delivery be necessary, please contact Group’s Conference Services Manager. A storage fee of $5.00 per box per day will apply for any boxes received prior to forty-eight (48) hours of Arrival Date. This storage fee will also apply to each empty packing container stored during the Event. Hotel is not in any way liable for the contents of these packages.
